Processing Info

Orders that are in-stock will ship within 5-7 business days of your purchase. The shipping class will have no impact on the processing time of the order. There is no rush processing available. Estimates for pre-order ship dates will be listed on the order page. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to change. If one order contains a Pre-order item and an in-stock item, the order will not be shipped until both items are in stock. If you would like multiple shipments, we suggest you to please place separate orders. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note, it usually takes a few days for the tracking number to appear in the system.

International Orders

International prices do not include customs charges. You should expect to pay import costs for orders outside of the United States. Tracking for international orders is very limited and can take up to 6 weeks or more in some instances, and it may be weeks before any shipping update is available. We assume no responsibility if your shipment is lost, arrives damaged, or returned to us. Additional fees will apply for re-shipments.
